Within 24 hours of receiving the SIGNED WAIVER, Mel will send you an invoice via QuickBooks to be paid within 48 hours. (Please check your Junk Mail Folder)

Once the invoice is paid, the athlete's registration is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations prior to 14 days in advance of the first date of your program will be refunded, but charged the $50 administrative fee. A change of program prior to 14 days in advance of the first date of the program will be charged the $50 administrative fee.
No refunds for any other reason fewer than 14 days in advance of the first date of your program.
Injury and medical reasons may be considered; however 50% of the fee will be retained for administrative purposes, and the injury and medical reasons must be accompanied by a written doctor’s note stating that the player is unable to participate in the program.
