Ringette Programs

We offer 4 different programs:

• TECHNIQUE & TACTICS

• TURBO!

• CONDITIONING

• SKATING in PURSUIT of GREATNESS

 

TECHNIQUE & TACTICS focuses on age-appropriate skating development specific to ringette and ringette skill development. This program includes 2 on-ice and 1 off-ice sessions daily; age division dependent.

TURBO is pure speed, all week long.  It is a skating development program designed to take your speed to the next level – to the TURBO SPEED level. This program includes 1 on-ice session daily.

The CONDITIONING Program is a high-paced skating conditioning program to prepare your athlete for tryouts. This program includes 1 on-ice session daily.

SKATING in PURSUIT of GREATNESS is designed for players who are fully committed and relentless towards chasing their dreams. Skating skill technique is intentionally trained as skills are paired with multi-tasking, overspeed training and cognitive training, to become more explosive, agile and deceptive! It is an intensive 4-day program, with 2 on-ice sessions daily.
